Freshlook has a team of highly skilled engineers with a wealth
of diverse experience in sheetmetalwork and fabrication. With mild steel components up to 15mm
and clean-cut stainless up to 6mm coming off the laser with an accuracy of + 0.1mm the range of
work that the engineers are capable of processing is endless. Freshlook has tended to lean towards highly decorative or technically challenging work as the laser is capable of giving such good support in these areas. Awkward jigs and fixtures flow easily from using the accuracy and versatility of the laser cutting process linked with top of the range CAD/CAM software packages. Laser cutting is the perfect environment for development as the only tooling involved is software. Holes can be any size, not limited by punch and die tooling. Corners can be radiused to avoid sharpness and there is no burr on any edge. Folding, forming, rolling, welding, brazing, drilling and tapping are part of the day-to-day life in the workshops, working to tight tolerances and strict deadlines. Our vans are making daily trips to the electroplaters and powder-coaters with whom we have a close working relationship ensuring that Freshlook is capable of offering the complete service to Industry. |
